Greenland Concepts Nigeria Limited (“GCNL”) is a private limited liability company duly incorporated in February 2000 and primarily engaged in real estate development, facility management, and allied consultancy services.
GCNL offers residential and commercial property development services to meet the needs and wants of individuals and corporate bodies in general
Our real estate services include property management, leasing and acquisition, project management, facilities management, and consultancy services
GCNL also engages in the design, development, management, and administration of mass housing schemes. The scope of business is also widened to include new town development, cooperative and rental housing; site and service schemes.
The company’s Head office is located in the heart of the Nigerian Capital in FCT, Abuja. GCNL also has a branch office in Victoria Island, Lagos along with an affiliate office in Texas, USA.
